Without Fear is the debut multi-genre album by Jez Kemp, British musician, author and international rogue.

Now living in Wellington, Jez has created an indie-rock album with just his acoustic guitar and laptop. From the bluesy "Animals" and chiming "Lighthouses" to the punk-synth "Shark In A Goldfish Bowl" and the dark groove of "The Holy Texts", Without Fear is an album of light and dark, of hope and cynicism.

Yes, all the music on Without Fear has been created by acoustic guitar recorded with webcam microphone, then processed by multi-track software. From the imitation sounds of bass, keyboard, organ and synth, this is an entirely acoustic album that incorporates elements of indie, rock, latin, electronica and even a touch of hiphop.

Coming from political rock band F451, Jez's first album shows a rare personal side - covering themes including self-harm, isolation and escape - as well as broader topics such as religion, celebrity, technology and globalisation.
