- By all means print it, e-mail it, pass it on etc. to people you know, or people you don't - just make sure it has the copyright attached.

- Don't steal any ideas for the sake of it. It's pretty easy to write your own stuff, just takes a bit of patience.

- Read on computer or paper? Either. Just don't damage your eyes reading it all on the screen. And remember to print double-sided!
